Pencil/shading practice. I tried a different sort of shading on this and the results are so-so. More or less I start out with the color of the highlight and work my way to the shadow, this should be similar to how I color with markers. I think this came out fairly well.

I did some changes to the outfit but this is based off a character from the game Anima, I've never played it but I sometimes look at the figures for inspiration. I changed the shoulders/collar of the jacket and skirt and weapon though.

well, with a rapier I imagine a different sheath and guard, and not such a curve (could just be me), and in devil may cry 4 someone has a sword that looks like that, but the guard is a gas pedal, for an extra boost with slashes etc. the sword I was talking about looks a bit like this http://www.hotmovieprops.com/images.....nero-sword.jpg but like I said, it just reminded me of it, even though they don't look that much alike.
