Judging by the lighting you used a camera right?
here are some pro-ish tips.
Start using Printer paper. you can still use a sheet of lined or graph paper underneath it I make your art look better and it's easier to edit your work. Other than that it looks friggin' sweet.

yes, camera... yes, lined paper... I really don't have anything better for a camera for now, and I am mostly using lined paper until I get a little bit better before I use blank pages...
I'm short of disappointed in the tears... I have no idea how to draw them, and I think trying to erase and redraw tears over and over ruined the eye :*(
