The only things I can say that need improvement are the tail and the paws., both of which look more dragon-like than cat-like to me. If you look at a cat's tail, you'll notice that it usually only bends twice - once at the base and once near the tip. example photo No offense, but this tiger looks like he got his tail stuck in a door or window. :P
To improve on paws, just study them. If you have a cat, look closely at it's paws. You can also find lots of photos on the internet and there are lots of artists who draw felines that you can study.
Kacey does paws really well. :)

lol kink tail >.< , it was mostly due to the lack of paper left, i certainly agree it's funneh, i knew the paws looked funny, i just kinda drew them fast and..with a pen thing so i couldn't fix it,hands/paws make me grr .i shall take a look at this artist and continue practicing, thank you for the advice^^
Try to keep the tail at a constant thickness (except of course for perspective reasons). As for the paws, for his right one (the one reaching out) since I'm guessing you're going for an anthro character you want to change the closest finger, since it's the thumb. It should bend in towards the other fingers some.
2 small things:
--The thumb on the right paw seems off
--The bottom wings don't seem to match out. The one furthest back looks like its on the outside of the upper wing, and the one closest looks like its inside the upper wing.
Other than that it has almost a traditional chinese dragon vibe to it. Very nice

This is cute, but hard to critique. =)
I agree though, the tail looks funny and should go thick to not, or just one thickness all the way down. The ears also look a bit lopsided, like the left should be raised, or the right should be lowered. Also, on things that are cute, the claws shouldn't be long and pointy, really pointy sharp angles make a cute image suddenly look vicious. =)
Good luck! =)
