In case you were wondering if Jazz's frequent visits to Sparky and Blaze while they were recovering ever went anywhere, oh, they WENT somewhere alright!

For the longest while, Jazz was kinda smitten with both twins.
On one hand, she could relate on a personal level to Sparky's deal. the both of them being Pokemon modified into being something they were never supposed to be by their formerly trusted human partner. Jazz was forced to be a Shiny, and Sparky was retconned into having a twin.
Though on the other hand, Blaze was pretty cute too. (Yes, Jazz does in fact swing both ways. Big deal, wanna fight about it?)

However, she decided to keep her distance and stay friends with them because clearly she couldn't have both. Well, in comes Sparky joining himself forever to his sister to save her life to make THAT decision so much easier for the hacked shiny bunny girl!

Seriously though; imagine the sheer panic in the room the day Sparky and Blaze announced to everyone that they were getting married, followed by the wave of relief when Jazz spoke up and clarified that it was HER they were getting hitched with!

Speaking of unease, Jazz talking the twins into having a kid with her was not an easy task, what with the two having hang-ups with the idea of them doing the deed being considered incest.

However Jazz managed to reason them through it- it was HER they loved, not each other- and in almost no time at all, Jazz produced the egg that would hatch into little Flaire.

Jazz never told Sparky and Blaze about the egg at first, even hid it from them till it hatched. Why? The twins get WAY too excited around babies- Jazz wasn't gonna risk them accidentally breaking the egg. Even when it hatched, Jazz would only let Sparky and Blaze hold their daughter on the condition that they don't freak out- at least not with the kid in their arms.

... So yeah, once they put Flaire to bed for the night and were in their bedroom, the twins EXPLODED! they pranced in place hugging eachother and flinging their wife around because "oh my god it's a baby, a REAL baby- OUR baby! Our sweet, beutiful baby girl!!"

Jazz had to threaten them with a point-blank Close Combat to get them to calm down.

Oh, and before you ask, yes; Sparky and Blaze did find employment since they retired from battling. "Y" and "I", the anonymous heads of GAS Labs- now revealed to be Kai Mele's former butlers Yezza and Indy- approached them after their recovery and made the twins the official spokesbunnies for the "Get Along Shirt" (Genetic Applications in Symbiosis) Conjoinment dating service.

Finally, yes, I know Sparky and Blaze look WAY bigger than a normal Cinderace compared to Jazz (Jazz wouldn't need a box to stand on if the twins were normal height.) Either the nanomachines that joined them together redistributed their unused biomass when joining them permanently, or I'm a big dum-dum who never figured out how scaling works.
