Almost had to put that to the test. heading down a mud bank, front left wheel caught on a rock and spun me sideways. Luckily the car stayed upright, but it scared the shit outta me.

Been in a Landy when its gone over, that was....entertaining. Also been in a Cherokee doing a barrel roll down a hill. That one scared me because it lacked a roll cage!

Most people who are 'green' are doing it because its cool, or because somebody told them to, not because they have genuine knowledge about it. They believe in global warming (Disproven) and they believe everyone should be vegan (Bad for your health without the correct supliments) and they believe all 4x4's guzzle gas and eat kittens. Why? Because that uber hipie stoner fellow in the corner told them so while tripping on LSD.

I believe in two things: Myself, and my damned will to survive. I will survive the coming apocalypse. And this vehicle will help me do that. Especially once I get it hardened against EMP...

Uhhh, how is Global warming disproven again? Those leaked emails were themselves disproven if that's what you're talking about, and the scientific community is DEEPLY divided on which proof one way or the other is valid, add to that, pollution is a major ecological/biological hazard even if the greenhouse effect isn't part of that.

You really think those giant corporations that have their hands in big oil don't have the means and will to feed misinformation and biased studies?

Uhhh, the fact that governments everywhere are rushing about trying to capitalise on it shouldn't be a surprise, whether or not it's real. The change in name also ties in with your third point, that fucking nature up the ass can lead to a range of consequences, not just raising global temperatures.

Really, I'd take anything either side says with a mountain of salt, but to dismiss altogether the possibility that humankind could be damaging the earth in some capacity would be foolish at best.

In the 70's, they were saying there was Global Cooling. After that got disproved, the exact same scientists came up with Global Warming.

One small point, one which I always find humourous, is when people say "The Earth has been warming up since the end of the 19th century" as if this is definite proof of global warming. They're forgetting something often referred to as the "Little Ice Age" which was, as the name suggests....a little ice age from about the 16th century right up till the 19th century...so yeah, after that...tempretures will rise...
