Oh goodness me! I'll be left wondering whether these two are having a friendly argument about whether European dragons are better than the Asian ones, or if the dragon is about to attack!
Regardless of that, I adore the clouds you drew here, they're all nice and swirly! The disconnected parts make them look a bit more natural too!
That dragons mouth is amazingly rendered! A sort of angry mocking look... Ah! Foxes are the god's messengers! Maybe the dragon is giving some rather nasty orders or an ungrateful reply to a message! Who knows. Still lovely to look at!
