Very cool, though not a boss I'd want to fight. Rather give out complements to be honest.

Suggested moveset for battle

1. Vine Whip (cats and string/rope/yarn)
2. Tickle (represents scritchies)
3. Light Screen (just in case...)
4. Crunch (...he gets dominant: cats always think they own the humans, not the other way around)

If only there was an Item specific to the Meowth, Skitty, Glameow, Shinx, Purrloin, Litleo, Espurr and Litten lines in addition to Mew, Mewtwo and Raikou* called Catnip... (The Rare Bone would become the canine equivalent Item, by the way)

* -- My headcanon states that Raikou is a Sabertooth (possibly an evolution of Manectric?) and Entei is a hidden evolution of Arcanine.

I see you've done your homework! But I'll let you in on a secret: I have way more than 4 moves. My growth alone takes up at least 3 slots. >:3

Yeah, I've always thought that every Pokemon should be able to know six moves at a time, not four.

Why six?

Six main stats, six Pokemon party, eighteen (6x3) Types of Pokemon (although really it's nineteen with Shadow).

5. Pay Day (did you know that Skitty and Delcatty can know Pay Day? It was an Egg Move for Skitty in Generation III)
6. Attract (Cad is a cute, like all cats)
