I got this INCREDIBLE image from the talented PGM, who also did my most recent reference sheet!
The exercise feels so good on my body. Nothing more satisfying than the feeling I get after a good workout! Using a pull-up bar this time. My tail is mostly made up of locomotive muscle, so as you can image it’s pretty heavy too, no joke. 🥵😓
