This pic is awfully cute. The coloring, shading, and lighting in this piece is really playful and fun looking. I especially like the expressions of the excited and worried griffons too... Adds a lot of life to things.

For some reason though, I foresee that floating statuette being a cursed one, and if the over-eager birdkitty on the right snatches it up, the duo will more than likely get put through potentially embarrassing, yet hilarious, epic lulz. The rather concerned look on the left birdkitty confirms this.

So their expressions is pretty different, as long as left one is a little kid-grifon, and right one is a serious tough person. May be you are right and the statuete is cursed, who knows?.. ;P
