well..this is pure Storyline material, in my story, for right now titled: Shadow of Dreams; Scesmoon is assailed by this guy..think of him kinda like an agent in the Matrix i guess, hes organic androidish. A Dream's worst Nightmare is Dream itself...

I actually built/made this av on SecondLife in 3D, yes from scratch. This will be the reference ill be using for his final Conceptual drawing

He enters this realm of as an emissary of the council, his goal: Determine if this dimension is even worth it's own existance.

but...

Upon entering this world Scesmoon has lost much of what he was, Over the years he has become a part of it, forsaken his status and his godhood, for this is not Paradixtion. He is merely a Scion. He has even gone so far as to have his power limited, through genetic refinement; the globules on the backs of his hands limit his ethereal abilities to an extent.

But the Council will not stand for this; thus he is often assailed by the ones called The Exile. Paradoxic entities created for the sole purpose of MAKING him fulfill his purpose.
