And I feel ya, over here wherever I see empty land I think that it's a matter of when not if that something will be built in that general area. Oo.

They are building the next housing area there... for the last year and a half they were digging, and building roads all across the area... now the are allmost done... I think in the summer they will start building the first houses.... There will be about 45 single houses, 1 multigeneration house, 1 reitrement home and some small business houses like a small kiosk / store, and an icecream parlour... when I read the plan right... It's ok, we need more housing around, but at the same time... man my view.... only silver lining, since we have the helipad for the rescue-helicopter across the street, they will not be allowed to build higher than 1,5 storages...

So much construction. Before they can start the houses they gotta lay the road and any sewerage pipe's.

Such thing's can seemingly take forever.

They're allmost done with the roads and everthing underneath... at the moment they are laying they pavements for the sidewalks and the big parking lot in front... normally you would think german efficiency would make them faster... but man are they slow... well could be because of covid and winter... but sometimes you could refurbish there shoes while they are walking...

Yeah, thing's do slow down during the winter. And covid only make's thing's slower.
