Shadin for Shadin-the-Flame on dA, I think it was for her being my 500th watcher on there if I remember correctly, so it's like a prize/gift xD
This was a really interesting character So I tried to give her an interesting pose too, which was one of the hardest poses I've ever attempted. -o- Finally got it to where it looked decent... somewhat.
Also, I used pre-textured paper that I've had sitting around forever. I think it actually goes good with the piece, and made it look better than if it had just been on white cardstock, though coloring over it was pretty tough, especially the white parts, there's still some places where the texture still shows through, but oh well |D It was kinda refreshing to color smoothly and not have to worry about so much fur like in wolves. (Kinda did this piece already as a break from the wolves, it was fun, though challenging).
Materials: Colored pencils, textured paper, white gel pen, alcohol for blending
Time: I really have no idea
