To save the world from the endless fog, that is their job as demon slayers. Though in the end is this what is really best for the world? The demon will reawaken in the time when everyone forgets what summoned such a being into the realm. Would it not be better to plunge the world into the fog? Would it not be better to bring on the age birthed from the fog? Would it not be better for the demons to take control and finally rest? In a world where the old moral plights mean nothing and a new age will be birthed from that eternal, never-ending abysmal grey beast that is the fog?
These are her thoughts. As she moves so swiftly to become the strongest demon of them all, it is only a matter of time till she will be taken to the heart of the fog to meet the Old One whose slumber has been awoken and hunger unquenched. With the images of the great Flamelurker and the tears of Maiden Astraea as she mourned her love Garl Vinland in her head, she saw through it all. The soul arts and it all would be the end. The God that the people called for was a demon as well, this was the reality that she finally saw, faced, and put to sleep at the end of her blade.
Once she is to fall, she knows though that she will be the one to put the world to the fog and in his time of slumber, take the great demon to its end and bring forth an age of great stone beings who will be birthed from the fog. _______________________________________________________________________________________________Almost done with my playthrough of the demon souls remake and I am in love with how beautiful the game is! Had to bring back Shadey for this moment and had to get this out due to it only being 10 days till Elden Ring comes out! With Elden Ring pre-ordered, and I have avoided all spoilers and any trailers beyond the first one that came out years ago, one could say I am hyped and completely going in blind but I can not wait!
