Regal redrawn to be an NPC in my D&D campaign, Tales of the Cloudlands.
Regal is the High King of the Golden Kingdoms. A group of cities , mostly Tabaxi and Leonins with many of other beastfolk. Regal rules from Neo Dorado, a city modeled after his Castle Den Realm in the Werewolf the Apocalypse game he was made in. In D&D I made him a giant Leonin and he uses an altered Archmage stat block as he's a sucker for studying archaeology and relics.
