New York Defiant vs California Demons
- It was Elise Beaumont's first career start for the Demons, as she was taking the helm for Robert Goady after he got injured last week (wrist injury). Depiste having been sacked six times, she threw for 302 yards and scored 4 TDs (A league record for a QB first career start), as Demons star wide receiver Mylene Jean set a team record for receiving yards at 141 yards as California won a thrilling game 28-20. Justice Matari was held under 100 yards for 2 weeks in a row now, as the Defiant might be trying to shake things up.
Nashville Tuts vs Las Vegas Bandits
- If the start of the game was any indication, the day going to be long for the Nashville Tuts. Right at the first quarter, Nashville QB Kiedo Masquarde threw 2 pick sixes within 3 minutes of the first quarter, as the day kept getting worst. Arnold Tarbour was once again a threat on special teams for Vegas, as he once more had a Punt return TD, for 75 yards (team record). He also set a record for 104 total returns yards. Not much seemed to work for Nashville, as Masquarde was replaced with Edward Eaton during the game but it didnt seemed to do much either. The game ended up with Vegas winning in Dominating fashion 52-10, as the games ended up getting chippy with a total of 15 penalties.
- Montreal Royal vs New Orleans Corsairs
In a game where both teams were looking for a win desperatly, things started well in the Corsairs's favor. Rookie sensation Kayla Colt has a 125 yards rushing game, her first one, as Nicholas Baker has 122 yards receiving, including a 75 yard catch. Bran ap Hwyll set a team record with a 53 yard field goal kick, as at one point, Corsairs were leading the Royal 19-10 with 4:56 left in the fourth Quarter. But then at the very end, The Royal dealt the Corsairs another heart breaker as in 1:37, Montreal managed to score two TDs, as the last TD came at the very end as Kayla Colt fumbled on a third down that would had sealed the game, as the next play, Appleby throw a 46 yard TD to give them a 24-19 win.
Chicago Outlaws vs Easton Bald Eagles
- We had a good game on our hands, as all came foward into a wild fourth quarter where 31 points where scored. Draco Lindwurm was sacked 8 times, but he was not giving up as he managed to connect with his favorite target Delph Adler for 136 yards. Jamarcus Triper was a menace from Chicago has he got 3 sacks and scored a safety. But once again, magic happened in the last 2:37 minutes of the game, as Easton scored 2 late TDs, as one happened after when the game was tied with 1:40 to go when Fritz Lockhart picked off Darius Smith on a TE screen and took it to the 1 yard line. The Bald Eagles would end up winning 30-23.
Grand Rapids Dragons vs Richmond Flames
- The Dragons managed to bounced back from last week loss to Texas, as Smithson ran for 100 yards, and Lockhart started with a good performance (16/26, 237 yards, 2 TDs, 117 QB rating) with a 22-7 win over the Flames. For the flames, Wide Receiver Alden Holbrook had a career day with 84 yards.
North Florida Renegades vs Texas Ramblers
- North Florida was looking to spoil things in Texas early with a 13-7 lead at halftime. North Florida rookie Hunter Blumental had a 135 yards receiving game, having his first 100+ yards game. Eventually thought, North Florida was undisciplined as while they outgained Texas by 100 total yards, 8 penalties killed many drives, as Texas only need 2 touchdowns in the second half as the Renegades could not do nothing, as the Ramblers won 21-13.On the injury front, NFR left tackle Jessica Hoover broked her collarbone and will be missing a month of action.
Colorado Crushers vs Downriver Waves
- Colorado came to Downriver to certainly try to avenge their first loss of the season against the Waves. Unfortunatly for them, the waves seemed to have their number. Waves's QB Joe McJamison passed his career high for passing yards in a season after just 6 games, as he thrown more TDs this year then the rest of his career combined. Despite being sacked seven time, Mc Jamison managed 21/29 for 269 yards and 2 TDs, while Christina Carson Surprisingly after a hot start of the season went cold, failing to top 200 passing yards for a second week in a row. Colorado had a chance towards the end to tie at 3:30 left to play with a first and goal but couldnt not punch it in, as they went with a turnover on downs. Waves wins 21-14.
Baltimore Ponies vs Miami Tropics
- Stewart Uttle had a career high 133 yards. As Carlton Moser had his first career defensive TD, on a pick six late in the fourth quarter, as the Tropics defeated the struggling Ponies 34-10. Aspen Redfield once more had a tough day of work with a 55.8 QB rating and 197 yards suffering 2 INTs.
