I’m imagining an episode of 101 Dalmatian Street where Dylan takes Summer out on a date. He plans everything out beforehand in exact detail, and then on the day, absolutely nothing goes to plan.

Dylan wants to take Summer to a natural history museum, but it’s closed unexpectedly, so they end up just having to go to Dylan’s treehouse.

Dylan wants to give Summer a huge bouquet of flowers, but Diesel ends up eating it, so the two of them end up making flowers with coloured paper and scissors instead.

Dylan wants to give Summer a brand new, big expensive telescope, but it got damaged during shipping and the lens is broken, so he ends up giving her his mediocre telescope with childish stickers all over it.

Each time something goes wrong, Summer actually ends up enjoying it anyway, but Dylan is too stressed out and worked up to notice.

When he tries to give her a card he wrote, but it gets splashed by the puppies playing with the hose outside his treehouse, and the ink runs, that’s the final straw. He tearfully apologises, thinking that he messed everything up.

Only for Summer to tell him that she actually had a really fun day, and she can’t wait to see him again.

I might write this as a fan fiction some day. But, right now I’m too nervous because I know I won’t write it well enough and it’ll be cringe xD Hmmm, I wonder where I got the inspiration for Dylan in this story 🤔😇
