Are you korean? It's spelled Lugia in English, but the sound is interchangeable in Korean.

He's Japanese, from the looks of it. It'd be spelled "Rugia" in Japanese, but still pronounced as "Lugia". How come they pronounce their r's as l's, who knows? Maybe the guys who brought them the letters messed up somehow.

I realized that when I looked on his profile and apologized to him with a shout. I don't know how that happens with Korean as well, since they do the same thing.
