A Russian superhero that once graced the world during the Cold War. Named after a early 20th century Russian Vigilante. RS operated mostly solo, as global hostilities made it difficult to form alliances with foreign supers, however he was not beyond a team up. Little record exists as to where he was from or who he is. Rumors vary, ranging from him being a descendant of the Russian Imperial Family to a random academic. Whatever the case as the Cold War began to wind down he started to appear less and less in the public eye until he almost disappeared entirely.



The occasional claim that he has appeared or camera photo has popped online, with people pushing the idea that he has simply stopped aging.



In truth he works much more behind the scenes, having withdrawn from superhero work almost entirely after having a son. However since the loss of his wife not long after, his actions have become much more twisted... Warping the path ahead.
RS utilizes high-tier psychic powers as his weapon. Ranging from mind control to high scale telekinesis, the fox is a force to be feared on the battlefield. Due to him finishing fights rather quickly when he appears it is not currently known what his upper limit actually is, however he is known to be capable of generating a fusion ball with his powers (having been seen doing it twice) and unleashing nuclear devastation on an area with it.



For protection he wears an armored Anti-Esper suit, the material of which not only providing a physical defense but allows him to use his powers without anyone being able to use psychic powers on him.
