I wrote this a few years ago, and I was even going to do a reading a few months back. This poem was in the poems-to-be-read group xD.

I've been asked this before, so I figure I should say something about it: the narrator and the one being told all of this are both writers themselves. So it isn't like the other guy/gal knows naught of the terms ^-^.

The little square up there is an i-umlaut. "naïve" has an i-umlaut... >->
