Here we have an Image for Belchic’s Birthday.
It seems that Belchic & Tippy are gathering together with Noggin.
From what I can tell, Belchic & Tippy are planning to do a Coat Disguise, and so are coming to Noggin, seeing if he can provide them anything to help their disguise work even better.
Noggin here may be trying to look here here, as Belchic asks, but something tells me he likes being the center of attention with Belchic.
What do you think he may have in mind to help Belchic & Tippy!?
