unfortunatly no, heh, that one Im working on didnt come from a mold, the beak was hand-built and still needs a lot of work : )

I have always loved your stuff, very creative. I want to some day attempt to do a molded mask, im sure you can get some wicked cool details that way.

do you do the whole...carve out clay then make a mold of it and what not?

I knew someone did that once but the process is SO long

yup, sculpt in clay, mold it, clean the mold, cast. And its not so bad, the final result is way worth it in terms of time vs productivity.
