This guy here is a reworking of a species idea I had a long while back. Quite happy with him here. For this I'm going to do more of a species Profile and include Zay's personal info below that.

The Eosaur are a warm blooded reptilian like species native to the planet Eekara. Eekara is terrestrial garden world. Water covers approximately 75% of the planet's surface. Climate on Eekara ranges from Tropical forest to frozen or scorching desert. The Eosaur are one of many semi flight species native to the planet. Kept aloft by a large gas bladder protected partially by a thin shell and durable scales on their blacks. Protruding from the shell are two organic thrusters that aid the Eosaur in maneuver and allow it to ascend or descend through the planet's atmosphere. Their tails provide primary forward motion though the thrusters can also assist in this as well giving the Eosaur a short rapid burst of speed. Eosaur also have superior hearing to most species. With a large resonance chamber they are able to produce sounds well above a human's normal range of hearing. These sounds are often more subtle mood indicators. Eosaur also possess acute vision and are able to see greater distances then most sapient species.

EoSaur are a peaceful people known primarily for their trading and art. Due to their superior hearing however the Eosaur sometimes find interactions with other species difficult. They have difficulty ascertaining a person's mood. The problem also works in reverse. Other species unable to hear the high frequency sounds they produce may not be able to tell if the Eosaur is annoyed for instance. Despite this shortcoming the Eosaur have adapted well to interacting with other species making a point to be more expressive with their faces and hands in order to convey mood. Eosaur clothing is gender neutral in most cases. Most outfits are simple one piece articles of clothing with various accessories that can be worn. Though two piece outfits are not uncommon as well.

Subject Profile Zay:

Zay is a young teen male Eosaur who agreed to allow us to follow him through an average day in his home community. Zay is a typical teen in most respects. Zay however suffers from Kergle's Syndrome. This syndrome can cause various parts of the nervous system to be non functioning or function in a hyper state. Zay tells us that his condition is a minor case with only one nerve bundle in his pelvic region being unresponsive. As a consequence Zay must wear an absorbent undergarment. Zay has an interest in art and plans to attend an off world multi species are institute. For now though Zay is content to work on his art and schooling where he is. We wish him the best.
