It is just basically me at some point. I felt not adding in Krystal as a playable character was a waste. The same 3 Star Fox characters has been in the game since Brawl, and all they can do is a Star Fox Assist Trophy?

I think it is a case of most of the work for the other characters is done so it is not much more to add them.

Then you have 3 star fox characters already so do they want to add even more?

Because Krystal could of worked, a Star Fox character with a staff instead of a blaster. All of the Star Fox characters are basically Clones! lol
