I had to share it, I was so proud.
o.o That, my friends, is flat bread (I took regular bread, rolled it thin, and cut the crusts off) with cheese, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic and cumin, cooked in some E.V.O.O., garnished with home-made guacamole (no seasoning packets, I seasoned it myself) some FRESH tomatoes and tomato salsa (also made by yours truly), and some blue corn tortilla chips. AAHH so good. :>
