Meiko managed to talk Mysha into going to a Japanese Cultural Festival being held in the area, getting her into a Kimono and everything. The garment was a little small in the chest and Mysha couldn't get it to come close to fully close like Meiko's causing her to expose a bit more breast than she's used to in public, especially sober. Meiko tries to assure her that it's fine and that she's lovely. Like Rangiku, though Mysha had no idea who that was.
