I pride myself on being able to do a wide variety of styles with my work. Here is a more recent example of that effort where I branch out of my comfort zone and do things a little differently. After drawing Zootopia characters a few times, I felt comfortable tacking a little more ambitious piece featuring everyone’s favorite Bunny Cop.



This image has design elements more akin to 3D artwork rather than my usual sharp linework. I also went all in with the detail work on the fur and clothing texture. I had to redo the latter multiple times before getting it just right. (darn plaid shirts are an F$@%’n nightmare lol) Needless to say I also had to re-watch the source material while working on this piece. Between that and the Sonic movie, I am in a paradise of great anthromorphic animal buddy cop movies. What a time I’m in.



I’m absolutely ecstatic at how this piece came together. Doing images like this is very difficult, but if I can continue to pull “rabbits” out of my hat that look as good as this one, they will be well worth the time and effort. (Good ol’ pun work, never fails me)

I’d love to get everyone’s opinion on this piece, I use it to grow as an artist.
