Chilli chicken curry with rice and garlic naan
Here’s a great exotic dish to make with chicken and rice, goes great with chutney if ya got it!
Here’s how I did it:
1-cook rice in rice cooker for 12 minutes/until fluffy and hot
2-cook chicken in hot pan until chicken is no longer pink
3-add choice vegetables, coconut milk and chilli chicken sauce+addition of choice spices
4-stir for 5-6 minutes on medium-high heat then let simmer for 8-10 minutes until sauce is thick
5-serve upon rice+top with naan bread cut into strips/triangles
6-enjoy!
