My friend showed me that. I used to think that man was just a younger Bill O' Riley. He's that half the time. The other half, he complains about less sexy M&Ms. I mean, I think I get the angle he was trying to go for, (claiming the left is trying to "de-sexy" things now for...reasons? I dunno, I just think about how hypocritical that is for him to complain about now, given how conservative Karens were about cartoon characters like Sally Acorn back in the day) but he failed miserably and just came off as totally absurd, comical, and confusing.
