It was so fun for me to discover this photo in the pack of secondhand frames and mats, because my family has been running rivers since before I was born. This one hit right in the good feels. It's traditional (or I think it is anyway) that you always wave at fellow river rafters going down the river. I wonder what the boatman is thinking... "Damn that's a bigass dog"
