I've been lurking... I finally got around to puttin some stuff up again, and I'm glad I did. :D

Awethum. I heard it's actually really hard. My one friend got it a while ago, he's been playing.

Yeah, I've heard that the AI is actually functional in this generation. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to it. Though the little exploits were a lot of fun at times. My first time through Red Version, at Erika's gym, I was getting my ass kicked because my Blastoise was my only properly trained Pokemon. In an act of desperation, I sent out the Oddish that I used to cut my way into the gym. Because it was a grass-type, all her Vileplume would use was Poison Powder, but because it was also a poison-type, it didn't work. Because of that, I made Oddish use Cut to chip away Vileplume's HP gradually without taking a hit.

Amazing. XD Like how my underleveled dunsparce somehow managed to beat Whitney's miltank with rocksmash. But yeah, my friend said that even the wild pokemon are tricky. I'm nervous. How'm I gonna manage with this gen? I n00b. :<

I'm excited. I always overtrain my team anyway, so I shouldn't have too much trouble. I'll let you know how tough it really is when I get it.

Me too, the stack the odds against you like crazy. It wouldn't be s bad if you didn't need a 100 battle winning streak of unfair fights.

Silly nintendo. Nightmare mode is not compatible with pokemon.

Yeah, really. I don't mind a single boss with six Pokemon that have impossibly high stats and boosts to the accuracy of one-hit kill moves, but 100 consecutive battles like that and you can't lose a single one? Fuck that shit, I'll just go play Dragon Quest 9.

It's called an abyss, at least. I can't say much about it without blurting out spoilers. You should give it a try if you like horror games that are really creepy and full of ghosts, with no definite way of defending yourself.
