Looks like the evil Dr. Akita has plans to conquer the world again, but can't seem to get things done without a snack or....hmmmm, it seems that the machine keeping track of his snacking is malfunctioning. Hopefully he has eaten too many snacks to do his evil scheming. Then again, him being to fat and full to continue his evil scheming does more good than harm.
