It looks like Kyle made a new Discovery. And decided to go to the Bike Shop within Cerulean City, and bought a bike for his crew hopefully soon. Thankfully his Raichu came alone too, and despite his treasured bike he finally purchased he decided to craft some perks and upgrades for it hopefully at some point down the road. But then he might cross the Cycling road in order to get to Fuchsia City soon.
