I'd imagine the wolf qualities would be the more pointed ears and perhaps the shape of the muzzle, and possibly the paws as well; Could've used acid or something to burn at the fur. ^_^ Hairy hands are probably not the safest thing to have in the lab, even with gloves, I'd imagine it'd get rather 'sweaty' with latex gloves.

The Wolf qualities may also have a psychological element, the Wolf instincts (Given she looks like a Scientist, I'd say we can score that out.) or the 'pack mentality' she does have a kind of logo on her lab-coat, which would suggest she belongs with a group or company; a atypical 'pack' of sorts, yet an assortment of like-minded individuals.
The lightbulb reminds me of the comic; The Great Unknown, where Inventors get together to protect their ideas from being copyrighted by some company as they are thinking of it!
