The Koblois finds himself drifting at the top of the long tether, connecting his inflated body to a weight on the ground, alongside the cluster of balloons that bump and squeak around him.
His shiny red body had confused his coworkers, mistaking him for a balloon and inflating him, ending up becoming one of the many clusters that float in the air
