Aies, son of Fire and Water, is the lord of mist, vapor, fog and things hidden in wish-fulfilling fountains and wells. A keeper of unrequited love, he remembers your pain even when you have found a new love. He insures the ones who did not see you, who did not return your love, punished with treachery, betrayal and death by drowning in his wells. And he keeps those who died in his wells. If you wish your darling no harm from Aies's waters, offer a libation of well water before a foggy forest at a night of the waning moon and pray with these words;

I am one whose wound of unrequited love
Falls in your divine jurisdiction

Pale is thee fur, smoother than velvet
