This is a great pic, C-Cat! Gotta say, this really feels like basketball. Xander's posture is good and clean. He's got a high jump with plenty of space, so he must have gotten an open look and took advantage of it. He's got the ball cocked back to his head and his hand under the ball for that strong followthrough on the shot-- exactly the way they teach in the pros. And what's more, that open hand coming in is perfect. A defender saw he was going for it, ran to him and put up his hand. Too far and too late to block the shot, but that kind of hustle is what a coach wants to see. Everything in here is good-- the offense, the defense, this just feels like good basketball. Great pic!

When it comes to basketball pixx, I do value your comments. Cuz basketball is something I still don't have much knowledge of. It's good to know what it is I'm nailing.
Plus, when I use ref poses, the pose takes on a life of its' own when used on any particular character.
The pose winds up saying something about the character, and it's usually something I'm not aware of until it's pointed out to me.
I wind up learning something new about my own characters when someone tells me what traits their poses suggest.
Got me? ^^

So it's good to hear these comments. I always had in mind that Xan was as solid a roleplayer as one could find.
Particularly since, as we have seen, ballin' been one of his deepest passions since he was a kit.
