Please ignore the white! I know it makes it look rather bad but please ignore the white, I know it's there and one of the main faults.
The fox is supposed to be eating a dead squirrel, but I opted on not drawing the squirrel other than what was directly interacting with the fox.

Alright. Let me start off with, This is pretty epic for being done on MS Paint! =) I wish I had enough creativity to do that. XD
Okay, from here, I'm going to just come out and say it. I don't mean to be... mean, but the dead squirrel, I thought it was a Penis, like the base of it, and I thought the fox was enjoying that penis (I honestly think it's FA in general that has tainted my mind to think like that XD ). I hate to be so cruel, and immature, but that is the first thing I thought, and I had to quick read your description to make sure it wasn't.
For future reference, its safe to say, if you can't pull off the realism factor too much ( in your case, you had limited supplies! ), try to add a little bit of a toony factor, just to get your point across. I would add some teeth, showing its ripping in to the squirrel, I also would have made the meat look more meaty ( draw a T bone steak if you have to! LOL! ) His expression is almost "dreamy", like he's not entirely focused. I think the angle you drew his head (side shot) maybe made his ears askew, the angle is tough here, maybe I'm wrong ( which could be, I am very angle-retarded XD ).
Besides all that, this is a fantastic piece of artwork! You should be proud! =)

Oh god not the penis again, I had a troll on dA say it was a penis and you'd be the 3rd person. god. XD He has a dreamy expression because the reference I used, he was exhausted after chasing the squirrel for hours. I guess I pulled it off wrong, thanks for pointing that out. The other person mentioned his ears and now that you two mention it I really see it.
Thank you, I am XD and thanks for the critique

It's really hard to tell with all that white, but I'll definitely omit that in my critique.
Maybe next time you can give some sort of line art or strengthen your color useage so this doesn't happen again =)
Otherwise, the ear looks a little low, the head ends a little short and the eye could be pushed forward.

This isn't a bad piece at all, and like Wolven said, a GREAT job in MSpaint. Keep at it, definitely

Comments are great, but if you want to fulfill a proper feedback, it must be longer then 2 sentences. =)

Right... sorry about that. When drawing said prey animals, make the blood drip from the mouth. A little gore adds to the realism of the piece. As for the look of glee... If that fox had been chasing a rat that long, most likely theyd have a look of victory. I guess in a way thatd be a similar emotion to 'GLEE'
