I do think it's funny to call marijuana 'dope' but that's just cuz of the generation I grew up in. My dad called it dope cuz that's what it was referred to as back when he was the age I am now. Tomorrow's kids will probably laugh at me for calling it pot, and that's okay cuz their language is informed by a different observable world - one in which marijuana is only called 'pot' by people they see as old.
