Very nice. I could be dead wrong here, but I'm gonna take a guess that since the Super Tucano is a Brazilian plane, you decided to go with a bit of bird or parrot inspiration with the mouth looking reminiscent of a beak and the head hair reminiscent of a cockatoo's head feathers.
