So the idea is that Sisu was conjuring too many rain clouds to do her water drop hopping thing that she caused major flooding so all that water has to go somewhere.

I like how Sisu is going to be the closest thing to fluffy anything we're ever going to get post-Zootopia. In a Disney Princess movie in the vein of Tangled, Frozen, and Moana, though.
