Sorry to hear that! Twitter is known for stuff like this… There is always going to be some people who start drama and try to get people “cancelled” all because they don’t agree with something. I’m glad I don’t have Twitter lmao.

People who police others on who to follow are the most toxic imo. Instead I end up avoiding them instead :')

There's many people I've followed and befriended because of nonsense claims others have made to avoid them based on stupid personal preferences they think equate to a moral failing. Funny how that's the opposite effect of what they want. Add to that the katamari effect of things getting out of control on social media, I've just grown tired.

we are all an illusion in our own minds, which was the whole point of the internet to begin with. that and the sharing of useful technological information, when it was all about nerds, before business discovered it, before media did. i suppose new people who weren't around then might not realize this. there's certainly no hint of this history on 'social media'. and yes of course we used to be social too, on our interest focused forums and galleries, before the concept or the term was coined. i've never joined facebook nor twitter because i never saw much point in them, or any place that exists only for being supposedly social. which seem to be hangouts for the inconsiderated and unkind anyway. i suppose they're useful if you're trying to do a business thing, but i really see no other point in them.

Twitter and Facebook are cancer and should be avoided at all costs, but that's no excuse for people going around spreading baseless rumors. I'm surprised it's happening to you of all artists.
