Why does your art jump around from trash to professional grade?


It honestly seems like you're either tracing or using a base and not giving credit to the origin of it.

This picture is a PERFECT example, on the left we have absolute RUBBISH and on the right we have respectable art.

Well seeing as you have NO submissions at all, your hardly in a position to judge anybody else on their art or their character.

I'm sure out of four of these things you've done at least one of them and the last one is a stretch on my part, I apologize for it in advance.

That being said, I'm sure you're not an expert in all of those things, yet, you have an opinion and can offer some form of critique for the creator.

The fact that you're obviously getting a bit upset about all these means you're quite insecure about your work or your methods of doing it, which brings me back to my initial question...

I do not use bases, nor do I trace under any circumstances. I do use references when I need to, but for the most part I try my best to draw freehand as i feel its more rewarding.
