We finished this tune in october 2005, and now I think it's ready to be released - world premiere :]
Imagine a sunny saturday morning in a dusty attic, a boy searches through the old stuff there, discovering amazing things ... his little sister running around him, frisky as always.
Markus Kamps: Saxophone, old blind piano.

I listened to it and I like it, really. It is a very nice track and I can easily make a connection to the situation of an old attic, even if it reminded me more of the wonderful music of the film Blade Runner and I somehow more relate this music to a rainy day, like it is today around where I live. But the saxophon is just a bit to harsh in my opinion and from the third minute or so gets it a bit annoying, but I won't complain about something that I wouldn't do any better, so great work, you two! :)
BladeRunner ... yeah, that's true! This track could've been from this movie :] I know that the Sax sounds quite harsh, that was my intention ;) I wanted the pure sound, just added some reverb. And 'annoying' is great =) I wanna move people with my music, they should LOVE it or HATE it! Btw: thanx for the comment ;)
Great Sax playing! This guy knows how to make use of his embouchure.
Nice sound engineering, too. Makes the alto (soprano?) blend in perfectly well with the piano background, too. Nice, relaxing, yet uplifting at the same time. If he were playing a Tenor, he would remind me of Dexter Gordon in one of his slower pieces.
This is definitely fave material.
