Levity is something the leader of the Southern Ash clan has in excess. Much to the chagrin of many of his more serious kin and clan mates, Garjan very rarely takes many things with much seriousness or concern, instead most often carrying himself with a carefree attitude. A dragon of lesser charisma wouldn't be able to pull it off, certainly, but most seem more than willing to fall in line and trust that Garjan will take care of anything that requires his attention in the Southern Ash.
