Fighting Klaxasaurs is a dangerous job, even with the awesome power of a Franxx at your disposal. The strange beasts are wildly varied and unpredictable, meaning no two encounters are the same, and even seasoned pilots can be overwhelmed by the titanic monsters. And so, Platinum Chalice is deeply impressed that her new co-pilot - still green and inexperienced - has performed so well. In fact, she has decided that Tempest has earned a special reward. He may still be a rookie, but he won't be 'inexperienced' much longer with Plat as his partner. He is her darling now, after all...

This was an absurdly challenging commission! Not only did I need to recreate the Franxx pilot suits and cockpit as accurately as possible, but I also had to learn on the fly and produce my first sequential comic strip, AND draw my first ever anthro kissing scene. With so many new aspects being injected into this project, I got seriously bogged down in trial and error until I got everything looking just right - even the shading took multiple attempts! ^^; However, for all the challenges, mistakes and frustration that were piled up, I am immensely proud of this final piece :D
I am grateful to AnimeVeteran and PlatinumSnow for helping me (forcing me? ;p ) to expand my horizons and skill set, and due to their demands from the commission, I feel I have some new options to add to my price sheets...
