This is going to be a Glow in the Dark Rave badge for :drakenthedragon: but I can't get the anatomy down. I keep redrawing the same image over and over but it only gets better a LITTLE bit. Can anyone help me? Make this look a little more fluid and less... stiff? The anatomy is off, and annoying me!! GRR!!

I hope I was helpful to at least some degree with my shaky scribble and TLDR babble.

I think your biggest things here are head shape, hair and general upper body anatomy. I dunno if it's style or not but the eyes were a little big for the head size. The hair kind of felt all over the place. Plan your head before the hair! That way it falls naturally. I don't know the character (and I searched for reference) but was unsuccessful. The hand could do with being a little bigger. But the lower leg proportions were pretty well. As well as the feet.
Great job! I'd like to see more of your construction lines so I can understand how you sketch. But I hope this helps

Thank you so much, that picture really helped. ;~;
I got carried away, and drew the base, then erased it and started to draw the final on top. But because I did that, I couldn't remember all the base lines. I know now I can't do that anymore. I hate hair too, it never cooperates with me. XD
I'm sorry, I did link the person though in the comment
Draken_The_Dragon =) He doesn't have a reference, just some pictures I was working off of.
That did help lots! I'm looking forward to KEEPING my baselines next time. XD!

The main thing for me is the lack of movement in this piece, despite it being a dancing picture. Anatomy isn't such an important thing to me, and everybody else already addressed it, so I'm going to ignore it.
The figure is very balanced and just looks like he's sort of stretching. If you show an action about to happen, like his foot about to come down, it makes more tension in the pose, and thus shows more movement. Also sketch looser and freer and let the forms flow. Draw a line of motion going down his spine, animators do it to great effect. Your spine is pretty much never straight unless you're standing at full attention.
Looking at photo reference can help too, though I find that challenging on dancing poses, because most of the snapshots people take don't really show that motion well either. It's really hard! But practice more and more importantly, loosen up! ^_^
