Someone over on dA recently produced an artwork which illustrates the regional differences in Arbok hood patterns - something which I wasn't previously consciously aware of. This made me want to come up with an Arbok hood pattern of my own, and I haven't done any Arbok art yet either so this seemed like a good opportunity.
So this is "Heather the Arbok" - hopefully you find her hood pattern terrifying enough.
I intended for it to look like a decorated skull from the Mexican "Day of the Dead" festival, but in some ways it looks more like the make-up of a terrifying clown.
