My mighty Icejin; hes the second villain in my Dragonball Revelations main story arc. He is from a ruling class that competed with the family of Kold for the throne of the Icejin home world. Artickahn was defeated but Kold could not kill him. For his foe possessed a rare and legendary ability, a gene that caused all who possed it to generate a clear fluid from the skin which hardend to form a virtuously impervious "Ice-Armor". Thus Artickahn was sealed in permanent hybernation, and the rest of his cabal were killed by order of the newly crowned King Kold.
