Not only would it be hilarious, but youd be able to pull peoples pants up who wear their pants around their shins because its "cool" X3 I think it looks silly. that and there are multiple accounts of people getting caught by the police because they wear their pants like that. one guy got stuck on a fence up side down with his pants around his ankles because they got caught on the wires. X3 True story.
