Here’s a tray of delicious Mexican street food delight that’s perfect for any tailgate gathering, sleepover party, and of course gaming sessions with friends old and new!

Here’s how I did it:
1-preheat gem to broil on high
2-lay out nacho chips on a baking tray
3-top with shredded cheese of choice followed by lite dollops of choice of salsa+choice veggies, then top with more cheese
4-place into oven to cook and move chips around to mix toppings into nacho layers, broil until cheese has melted (careful not to burn your nachos!) then let cool for 5 minutes
5-serve with guacamole+sour cream and enjoy!
